Green Hornet Comics #25 Complete 10-Page Golden Age Story! JERRY ROBINSON ART! (LARGE ART- 1945)

Check out this RARE complete 1945 10 page story which was penciled & Inked by the great Golden Age Batman penciler: Jerry Robinson, and backgrounds were inked by the great Golden Age Batman inker: George Roussos, from the LARGE ART Green Hornet Comics #25 Story titled: "The Slant Eye of Satan!" This thriller story features the eerie menace of "THE EYE!" In a Jim Amash Alter Ego interview, Robinson recalled his work on the Green Hornet comic book, "The idea was appealing, so I asked George Roussos to help me. I penciled and we both inked it, but George did most of the backgrounds. I inked the main characters and did the covers myself. We did it for a while, but at some point I started doing the complete art job." As a result of his work on the comic book feature, Robinson was offered a chance to draw a Green Hornet comic strip, but events conspired against him, and his strip deal fell through. This art was drawn on 15" x 20" illustration boards. There are numerous touches of white-out used to correct the art, and the corners are rounded. Otherwise, the pages are in Very Good condition.
