This Splash page features the VERY FIRST photographer who ever photographed Batman at the start of his career holding his camera viewing fireworks going off as The famous Bat-Signal from Commissioner Gordon goes off into the sky waiting for THE BATMAN to appear! This story takes place on the VERY last day before the photographer retires as Batman saves the photographer's life over the next 2 pages the end of the story!
