This was where it all began back in 1977 folks..... These are the VERY VERY FIRST EVER DRAWINGS OF THESE FAMOUS CHARACTERS! When George Lucas brought us the beginning of the Star Wars empire! Tom Jung has drawn over 257 movie posters with "THIS" poster for the VERY FIRST Star Wars movie (1977) by FAR his most notable and famed artwork. This large sized all pencil drawing was one of his final very large pencils drawn before creating the final movie poster painting (which would probably sell for MILLIONS of dollars if it ever came up for sale! This very large pencil piece was created on 28.5" x 20.5" folded drawing paper. We even get a Tom Jung coffee stain where he sat his coffee cup in the very lower right edge where only background pencils were drawn. There are also BONUS DRAWINGS ON BACK of: Darth Vader, Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, & a Jedi Starfighter, which can be seen in 2nd red link below. Compare this nice art to the published TOM JUNG movie poster in the red link above!
