Neal Adams penciled and inked the Deadman figure on this stunning 1970 Splash page, and the rest of the page was illustrated by George Tuska, from the great story titled: "To Call A Deadman". The Deadman title and logo were both HANDS DRAWN, but then they moved it slightly and put whiteout over the drawn logo and put a stat over the "DEADMAN" part of the title. is a stat paste-up, with whiteout touch ups. The splash is signed by Tuska in the top title panel.
