Check out this beautiful 1991 cover that Jim Aparo penciled and inked for Detective Comics #641. Please know this cover was drawn smaller with extra art not seen on the actual comic book! This nice cover is from the story titled: "The Destroyer, Part 3: A Dream Is Forever!" Cover features Batman swinging across a Gotham City landscape! The backgrounds behind Batman for the actual comic book were created digitally covering lots of the beautiful Aparo drawn buildings under the overlay. Please click the extra red link above to see all of the extra Gotham City buildings not seen on the actual comic book art which were fully hand drawn in pencils and inks by Jim Aparo on 8" by 11" art board. The recreated backgrounds were professionally recreated on extra art board which lays over top of the drawn artwork attached at top of art board, so this great cover can be displayed with or without the overlay with logo.
