Check out this very nice, VERY LARGE DRAWN 1975 MARVEL cover, which was drawn ENTIRELY by the great John Romita, from the story titled: "The Nightmare Box!" This nice cover features The Man-Thing Battling Spider-Man, Daredevil, The Thing, & Shang-Chi! Just a great cover which was drawn on oversized vellum and affixed to a 14.6" x 21.5" art board! There is also an acetate overlay with the 2 word balloons on it which can be lifted up to show even more beautifully drawn Romita artwork below. This cover art was thought to have been possibly penciled by Ed Hannigan, as Romita gave Ed Hannigan kudos on the far right building sign which says "ED & JOHN" on it, but the most logical reason for this is the Ed gave John the prelim sketch for this cover, as this cover is clearly 100% John Romita drawn artwork to my eyes, and Art expert Nick Caputo who has helped for decades confirming artists for the Grand Comics Database also confirms this cover as being 100% John Romita drawn artwork! You will never find another 1970s John Romita penciled and inked Published Spider-Man cover (with 4 more Major Marvel Heroes all in serious battle) for under 50K.... & this cover is larger than an early 1960s Marvel Cover! Compare this "AMAZING" cover art to the published comic book in the red link above! ALL art on our website (including this one) are able to be purchased with VERY fair time payments, and trades are always considered towards "ANY" art on our website! Just send us an email to mikeburkey@aol.com and we can try to work something out.
