This cover is from the story titled: "Night of the Soul-Stealer!" This nice 1969 cover features Superman floating dead in outer space as the evil Thanagarian criminal called Norch Lor Batman, Green Lantern, Flash, Atom, Green Arrow, Black Canary, Criminal: Norch Lor steals the consciousness of all members of the Justice League! Just a great cover, which has stats also with it as the editors had to move Superman over to the left more so his body would not get cut during the comic book printing process!
