Check out this beautifully rendered Original Andrax cover and poster art by Jordi Bernet, used in the 1970's, 80's, 90's. The cover is rendered in ink over graphite on 13" x 19" art board. This piece was originally drawn in 70's (Primo magazine-Germany) for an Andrax poster and later used for various Andrax covers and pinups. In this series, Michael Rush, an outstanding decathlete, is supposed to wake up 2,000 years in the future in a supposedly perfect world after an experiment by the mad genius Professor Magor. However, mankind has fallen back into a barbaric form of society. Andrax, as he is now known, faces new and unknown dangers and dinosaur-like creatures. ANDRAX is set in the future, this but series is not pure science fiction. Medieval scenarios alternate with futuristic backdrops, and Andrax must defend himself in epic battles against monsters and machines.
