This 1973 Gil Kane penciled and Joe Sinnott inked cover right here is one of the BEST DR. DOOM BATTLE COVERS of the 1970s FF RUN! From the story titled: "The Terrible Triumph of Doctor Doom!" This is from the era when Sue had retired to take care of baby Franklin, and Medusa had taken her place on the FF team. This cover was so thought of that when POCKET BOOKS reprinted the entire 1961 Fantastic Four #1-6 issues in 1 huge volume, they used "THIS COVER" to reprint the FF's entire first half year in comics! Just a powerful cover from a powerful period for Marvel's "First Family". Compare this nice cover art to the published comic book in the red link above! ALL art on our website (including this one) are able to be purchased with VERY fair time payments, and trades are always considered towards "ANY" art on our website! Just send us an email to mikeburkey@aol.com and we can try to work something out.
