Check out this incredibly KEY 1964 LARGE ART Superhero SPLASH, which was penciled by the great Steve Ditko, andmostly inked by Ditko, with some inking possibly by George Roussos, With Joe Orlando doing some assist work somewhere later in the story, though its hard to see ANY Orlando on this splash since the page looks to be fully penciled by Steve Ditko. (Click the extra red link above to read the stat in the lower right corner of the splash with Stan Lee explaining that Steve Ditko drew this art because Dick Ayers got sick!) This superbly drawn SPLASH is from the story titled: "Now Walks the Android, and features a HUGE image of GIANT-MAN, with 6 beautifully drawn images of the flying WASP, as she changes sizes while doing acrobatic moves, with several people in the background watching! (The flying Wasp image at the very top of splash has a stat covering drawn artwork, as the editors moved the figure slightly to the left) There are only a HANDFUL of SILVER AGE Steve Ditko Marvel Super-Hero Splashes in existence, and with Spider-Man splashes selling for several hundred thousand dollars each, This splash right here will be your ONLY affordable way to own an early 1960's Steve Ditko Marvel Superhero splash without spending 6 figures+! ALL art on our website (including this one) are able to be purchased with VERY fair time payments, and trades are always considered towards "ANY" art on our website! Just send us an email to mikeburkey@aol.com and we can try to work something out.
