The Muppets Take the Marvel Universe #1, 2 Cover Set! (9 Great Marvel Heroes With 4 Great Muppets!)

Check out this very nice FIRST ISSUE, 2 cover set, which was penciled and inked by the great Nick Bradshaw. This nice cover features 9 great Marvel superheroes: Spider-Man, Storm, Wolverine, Captain America, Deadpool, Iron Man, Black Panther, White Queen, & Invisible Woman, with 4 great Muppet Characters: Kermit The Frog, Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear, & Gonzo. The cover on the left was 100% Fully drawn artwork, the cover on the right has stats with numerous drawn art changes from Disney editors they wanted for the cover. Here below artist Nick Bradshaw shares exactly what was done for these 2 covers...And again... You get 2 covers for the price of one! "These are the two covers side by side. The one on the left is complete original art. The one on the right is a High- res print with the numerous all drawn art Fixes and changes requested by Disney. This piece on the right is what saw Print. Usually patches used to be paint overs with Acrylic white or Glued on patches of paper with the fixes on those. Ultimately I find overtime those older solutions degrade and look messy so I much prefer just erasing what needs edits digitally, printing a new piece with blank spaces I can redraw the fixes by hand. And it gives a collector two pieces to display instead of one. So the cover on left is 100% all drawn art, Disney wanted Kermit's head readjusted. They wanted Piggy's snout more rounded and softer (despite having sent me reference to the Contrary) and they also wanted Fozzy's head bigger than Piggy's. Disney also wanted Storm in a more classic looking suit and Black Panther as well so they are all fully redrawn on 2nd cover also. They also requested Spidey's webs erased from his wings." Just a great cover! Compare this nice cover art to the published comic book in the red link above! ALL art on our website (including this one) are able to be purchased with VERY fair time payments, and trades are always considered towards "ANY" art on our website!
