Ernie Chan penciled and inked this great 1976 action page from the story titled: "Omega Bomb Target: Gotham City!" This strong 1976 Batman page shows the Dark Knight in action in all 4 panels. Chan was the primary artist on Batman in the mid-1970s and he also became DC's go-to cover artist during this same period.
