This original art was used for pages 13 & 14 from Showcase #86 (1969). This was penciled and inked by Joe Kubert. The art area measures 15" X 21.5". This consists of 2 separate boards that were carefully cut around the outside edges of the art and mounted to 2 larger boards by DC Comics. These boards are held together by clear tape on the back. This art is in very good condition. There is some very light toning, and there is some use of very neatly applied whiteout throughout. In the 3rd panel of the second tier there is a barely detectable pasteover in the area of Black Eagle's nose and right cheekbone.
