Mayday Parker as Spider-Girl is seen on top of a perch on a stormy day in New York City that’s paying homage to John Romita Jr.’s iconic cover for Amazing Spider-Man #43 (2002). Pat Olliffe who is known for his run on Untold Tales of Spider-Man had kicked off Spider-Girl’s run in 1998 and had drawn over 60 issues. The dramatic effect of the rain falling on Mayday with the lightning in the background is expertly crafted by Olliffe in pencils and inks on 11" x 17" Bristol board.
