Check out this very nice cover Recreation, which was penciled and inked by the great Herb Trimpe, recreating the 1967 Joe Kubert cover originally titled: "The Slayers and the Slain!" but Herb Trimpe titled this issue #138.5 story "The Quick And The Dead!" This nice cover features a giant Enemy ace background as World War 1 American and German war planes fight in the sky in front of him! Entire cover, Indicia, logo, wording, and backgrounds are all hand inked! Art measures 11" x 17" and is signed at the bottom in ink by Herb Trimpe also.
