Val Mayerik and author Steve Gerber drew the VERY FIRST Howard The Duck Appearance in 1973 in FEAR #19 Comic and here we get one of the few actual Newspaper Strip dailies that Steve Gerber wrote and Val Mayerik drew for The Howard The Duck strip! This bizarre episode features Howard in all 3 panels as the sexy women are all under arrest by cops for doing much more than just giving massages at their massage parlor. Art is drawn on 15" x 5.5" art board.
