Check out this "AMAZING" 1974 all out battle cover that could have been an EC HORROR cover with this DETAILED ALMOST DEATH SCENE! This cover was penciled by the great Gil Kane, and inked by the great John Romita Sr from the story titled: "Moondog Is Another Name for Murder! Spider-Man and Brother Voodoo, (Brother Voodoo had only made seven appearances before this issue, so he was still very new to many Marvel readers and this issue was his VERY FIRST CROSS-OVER) they take on the evil Moondog and his minions on this cover that John Romita spared no expense in drawing such superb detail on the characters as well as the stunning backgound area. The art is actually LARGER than most 1970s covers as they drew the art PAST the border on the left side which is drawn right to the edge of the art board. The logo area is a replacement stat which can be lifted up to show Gil Kane's signature and production notes under the stat. (Click The red link above to see the cover with logo area lifted off) Just a great cover! Compare this nice cover art to the published comic book in the red link above also! ALL art on our website (including this one) are able to be purchased with VERY fair time payments, and trades are always considered towards "ANY" art on our website! Just send us an email to mikeburkey@aol.com and we can try to work something out.
