Marie Severin The Marvel Super Heroes' Christmas Coloring Book Cover Original Art (Marvel Books, 1984). Check out this great looking cover penciled by silver Age Marvel art-legend Marie Severin, and inked by Marvel Silver age inker, John Tartaglione! There was a couple of final changes before the published cover, such as the removal of the Hulk and Thor from the cover, but this is the original art as created in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 12 by 12 inches, on 14.8 by 18.8 inch art board. The board is toned, with a bit of whiteout art correction. Signed by Severin in the lower right of the image area. Just a great cover!
