Years before Mike Mignola launched his signature creation Hellboy, the lauded artist provided pencils on a brief three issue run on Marvel's Incredible Hulk, covering issues #311-#313, published in 1985. Here's a great 1/2 splash page featuring Bruce Banner and the issues villain Dr. Daniel Decyst (first appearance) in his eerie lab, full of great detail including Mignola's signature skulls on the shelves! No Hulk here, but a great representation of what Mignola's horror artwork will become in the near future! Signed By mignola below artwork.
