Extremely Rare 1977 Published Star Wars Mixed Media Illustration (& Unpublished Cover)

Check out this stunning PUBLISHED 1977 mixed media Illustration From Rocket's Blast Comicollector #139 Star Wars Edition Original Art (October, 1977) which came out the same exact Month as Marvel Comics STAR WARS #4! Here is a cover quality illustration, more than likely this was an unused cover for either this magazine or another publication from the hand of Stephen Fabian, an underrated master of his time. This incredibly detailed image is similar to the early covers that we saw from the initial Star Wars books depicting Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, Han Solo and Chewbacca, with Darth Vader and a Sandtrooper looming over them. X-Wing Fighters appears behind Darth Vader also. This art was published in RBCC's Star Wars Edition in Oct. 1977, making this extremely rare to find published Star Wars original art that was created from 1977 at the same time the movie adaptation was still on movie screens. In comparison, to find published Star Wars art that's cover quality featuring all of the major characters is nearly impossible! Only panel pages (if you're lucky) and a couple of covers from the movie adaptation have come to market over the years making this an incredible find! Rendered in ink and mixed media on 12" x 16" art paper. Fabian has signed his initials at lower left. Art has some handling wear in the boarders with some edge creases and left margin has 1.75" streak of staining, but art remains clean and overall in excellent condition with no drawn art affected.
