Check out this incredible HUGE Charles Schulz: Snoopy and Woodstock Peanuts Illustration Original Art (c. 1969-70). Easily one of the most charming smiles we have ever seen in a Peanuts drawing! Snoopy (With Woodstock) on his Sopwith Camel (doghouse with battle bullet holes) is an iconic image, which is one of the most beloved tropes in the long-running comic strip's series. Drawn by Charles Schulz in charcoal for his friend and spiritual advisor, Robert Reardon, president of Anderson College in Indiana. The artwork was originally intended either for display in the college's auditorium or to be raffled off for charity. It's a large piece created in black crayon on 24" x 35.5" paper. Signed in the lower center. There are some minor horizontal creases at very bottom of the paper by the signature, but the piece displays very well.**** A very similar same size pinup drawn at the same exact time with Snoopy and Woodstock on the dog house with Snoopy also wearing his flying ace hat, from the same collection sold for $36000 in 2024!*** ALL art on our website (including this one) are able to be purchased with VERY fair time payments, and trades are always considered towards "ANY" art on our website! Just send us an email to mikeburkey@aol.com and we can try to work something out.
