Classic X-Men #5 p 10 (COLOSSUS READY FOR BATTLE!) 1986

Check out this very nice COPPER AGE 1986 CLASSIC X-Men #5 page, which was penciled and inked by the great John Bolton, from the story titled: "Prison of the Heart!" Each issue of this reprint title had an original story. This issue, Colossus got his own solo tale by fan favorite creators, writer Chris Claremont and artist John Bolton! A powerhouse team-up to be sure. Bolton's clean and clear line work is wonderful on this tale where COLOSSUS GETS READY FOR BATTLE! The first 44 issues had all new backup stories further delving into and explaining the original stories, mostly written by Chris Claremont or Ann Nocenti and drawn by the great John Bolton. After Classic X-Men #45, the series was retitled X-Men Classic and from then solely reprinted material from the original Uncanny X-Men series with no edits or additional new material. 1980s X-MEN pages are getting increasingly hard to find, so don't miss out on a great opportunity here to own a nice COPPER Age 1986 X-MEN page!
