"ALWAYS BUYING AND TRADING FOR ANY AND ALL COMIC BOOK ART AND COMIC BOOK STRIP ART"

In the late 1960s & early 1970s, Nick Cardy supplied DC with most of their best cover images, handing in exciting artwork in virtually any genre! This 1968 cover featuring of Aquaman underwater running away from a giant and it's foot getting ready to stomp on him is a classic comic book cover theme. This Silver Age classic from the story titled: "To Win Is to Lose" is VERY similar to the published cover but was redrawn, as the editor wanted Aquaman attached to the sole of the giant's foot. This 1968 cover is a must for any Cardy cover fan without spending 30K plus for the published version. Compare this nice cover art to the published comic book in the red link above! ALL art on our website (including this one) are able to be purchased with VERY fair time payments, and trades are always considered towards "ANY" art on our website! Just send us an email to mikeburkey@aol.com and we can try to work something out. $9,500.00
