Amazing Spider-Man #308 p 18 SEMI-SPLASH (SPIDERMAN DRAWN IN EVERY PANEL! 3RD PANEL IS COVER SCENE!) 1988

Check out this very nice 1988 Spider-Man SEMI_SPLASH page, which was penciled and inked by the great Todd McFarlane, from the story titled: "Dread!" Todd McFarlane is a master of using lines to create detailed and dynamic scenes, as illustrated here as Spidey investigates a creepy old cemetery in hopes of finding the person responsible for Mary Jane's disappearance. The web-slinger even takes on more of the traits of his namesake while overlooking the dilapidated gravestones. A hauntingly cool page. Panel 3 looks quite similar to the COVER SCENE! Todd McFarlane signed his name in silver ink on the tombstone in panel 4, and he signed his name again in panel 5 on the tombstone in blue ink.
