Captain America #241 p 15 (PUBLISHED FAMOUS PUNISHER BATTLE PAGE! WOW!) 1980

Check out this very nice INCREDIBLY FAMOUS 1980 SEMI-SPLASH page, which was penciled by Frank Springer, and inked by the great Pablo Marcos, from the KEY Punisher story titled: "Fear Grows in Brooklyn!" This awesome SEMI-SPLASH features the GREATEST page in the story as Captain America and Punisher battle just as Cap SAVES the Punisher from a barrage of bullets! After this great page was drawn, it was determined that the story needed more story panels so the bottom 2/3 SPLASH was shrunken down and actually used for panel 2 o nthe published page with the top spread of Cap and Punisher remaining as it was drawn.
