Planet of the Apes #96 p 1 SPLASH (POSSIBLY THE EARLIEST KNOWN JOHN ROMITA JR PUBLISHED SPLASH PAGE WITH KA-ZAR!) 1976

Check out this very nice UK 1976 BRONZE AGE SPLASH page, which was possibly penciled by John romita JR, as the back of the art lists penciler as "JR" though I have not gotten confirmation from art historians if John Romita Jr actually did pencil it, so for now its being sold as unknown penciler with Duffy Vohland inks, from the story titled: "Tordon-Na, the Golden City!" This nice 1976 SPLASH page features Ka-Zar on top of an elephant as he tries to heal from his wounds from his previous battle! there is soiling in the lower left area which is common with a lot of the UK 1970s Hero splashes. BRONZE AGE MARVEL SPLASH pages are VERY hard to find in the hobby these days, so don't miss out on a great opportunity here to own this nice BRONZE AGE page right here!
