Check out this very nice 1965 AMAZING SPIDER-MAN page, which was penciled and inked by the ICONIC STEVE DITKO, from the ever classic story titled: "Never Step on a Scorpion!" This nice page features GREAT story telling, with the police coming to J. Jonah Jameson's Daily Bugle office to tell him THE SCORPION has escaped prison and he is coming after JJJ! JJJ then puts on a sweaty faced fake smile pretending he is not scared, as Peter Parker, Betty Brant and Ned Leeds watch. Peter Then asks betty for a date as she blows him off to go out with Ned Leeds, and Peter immediately blows her off right after! We then see classic JJJ sweating as he contemplates the inevitable confrontation with...THE SCORPION! There is a repaired 1 inch tear in the upper right panel just barely touches the door drawing in upper right corner, otherwise, page is stunning. STEVE DITKO "Amazing Spider-Man" artwork is arguably the single most sought after..and most valuable artwork to own in our ENTIRE HOBBY...... Even character pages are sought after from the first 100 ASM issues, because the soap opera stories with Peter Parker were as memorable and cherished by fans as much as the Spider-Man battle pages! Don't miss out on this great opportunity to own a NICE Silver Age 1965 Steve Ditko "AMAZING" Spider-Man page! ALL art on our website (including this one) are able to be purchased with VERY fair time payments, and trades are always considered towards "ANY" art on our website! Just send us an email to and we can try to work something out.
