This cover was deemed TOO VIOLENT to be published after Levins sent in his pencil work to marvel Comics, because, as you can see from this VERY DETAILED IMAGE, the RED SKULL is sitting in a chair DEAD, with a bullet hole in his head and blood running down the hole. On the wall we see the shadow of CAPTAIN AMERICA watching the "DEAD RED" with the EERIE phrase: "JUSTICE IS SERVED" scrawled on the wall behind the Red Skull!! VERY POWERFUL ART IMAGE!
