In this Jack Kirby Collector issue, John Severin had a nice long interview about Jack Kirby, and it was stated that John Severin agreed to ink the Jack Kirby pencils of Bullseye for this issue's back cover. But since this cover is drawn on vellum, this piece was most likely not drawn over Jack Kirby's actual pencils, but most likely, the cover was light boxed to still give it the same Jack Kirby look, so it is being sold as a John Severin Back Cover, and not too shabby of a cover I might add. The detail is exquisite! Actual drawn art image measures 10 1/4 by 13 3/8 inches and Art is dry mounted onto a nice thicker art board which measures 11.25 by 16.25 inches!
