Punisher #41 Unused Cover (1990)
Check out this very nice 1990 Punisher cover, which was penciled and inked by the great Bill Reinhold, who drew the published cover also, from the story titled: "Should a Gentleman Offer a Tiparello to a Lady?" This nice cover features The Punisher [Frank Castle] battling 2 babes called oddly enough, "The Waterboys!" Just a great cover! Compare this nice cover art to the published comic book to see how close it looks to the published cover! Bill Reinhold added a little more art at top in the hopes this piece would be used as an interior pinup later.
