Check out this extremely rare 1940s LARGE ART Arthur Peddy penciled and Bernard Sachs inked Flash Comics #112 Unpublished page! This RARE Ghost Patrol Battle page was cut in half vertically perfectly down the center to be saved when DC higher ups told editors to destroy the artwork. The Ghost Patrol is a team of undead aviators in World War II who 1st appeared in Flash Comics #29! Fred, Pedro, and Slim, were aviators in the French Foreign Legion. Their plane exploded due to sabotage, and the three were thought to be killed. They're not alive, not dead, they could vanish at will, or appear at will. Rather than move onward to their final resting place, as ghosts, they use their new powers and abilities, to continue fighting the Germans, and this page is an all out battle page and possibly one of the only known golden age art pages of THE GHOST PATROL! Interesting to note that even in the 1940s, artist Arthur Peddy found a way to get his NAME into the art story in the very last panel! Arthur Peddy co-created Phantom Lady & drew Justice Society of America for DC in the 1940s! ALL art on our website (including this one) are able to be purchased with VERY fair time payments, and trades are always considered towards "ANY" art on our website! Just send us an email to mikeburkey@aol.com and we can try to work something out.
