Check out this very nice 1981 Green Lantern cover, which was penciled and inked by the great Dick Giordano! This nice cover features Green Lantern using his power ring to create a shield to Save Carol Ferris From Evil Sheriff gun shooting sheriff! There had to be a last minute story change, as the George Perez published cover actually used for this issue featured the first appearance of the Omega Men. The story was set in Canada and that cop doesn't look very Canadian! Also, no mention of the Omega Men. Don't overlook the nice Adam Strange flying above the logo which is all drawn artwork! He was appearing in a backup story. The logo and DC bullet are on a flip-up taped-on paper overlay. Just a great cover overall! Compare this nice cover art to the published comic book in the red link above! ALL art on our website (including this one) are able to be purchased with VERY fair time payments, and trades are always considered towards "ANY" art on our website! Just send us an email to mikeburkey@aol.com and we can try to work something out.
