Check out this beautiful HISTORIC Action Comics #252 "Superman & Supergirl" Cover Re-Creation Original Art. Plastino drew very few recreations of this essential DC Comics issue. Al Plastino was the original inker (over Curt Swan's pencils) on the 1959 published version. While preserving the essential elements in proportion (even the Action Comics logotype has that authentic slight tilt) Ink and watercolors over graphite on illustration board. The image area is 10 by 14.5 inches on thick illustration board. Compare this nice cover recreation to the published comic book in the red link above!
