Penciled and inked by the great Bernie Wrightson, This incredibly detailed horror cover is from the classic story titled: "Lonely in Death!" This awesome cover features a very detailed scene with a dead person laying in bed with his flesh falling off the bone, as his head is wrapped in a sack with coins over the eyes. The scared mouth open look on the man and woman who discover the corpse is priceless, not to mention the incredibly detailed bed post made up of dead souls crawling up from hell as the DEVIL laughs at the bottom of the bed post! Just a great GREAT 1971 cover drawn by the greatest horror artist of the past 50 years! Compare this nice cover art to the published comic book in the red link above!
