This nice page features Doc Savage and his buddies being shot at by a sniper! Doc Savage was the very popular pulp magazine hero who first appeared in 1933's Doc Savage Magazine. His adventures appeared throughout the 1930s and 1940s and the character also made his way into radio, film and comic books. the character was licensed by Marvel in the 70s and appeared in both his own color comic and his own black and white magazine geared toward more mature readers.
