Check out this very nice 1968 SILVER AGE DC BATTLE page, which was penciled and inked by the great Murphy Anderson, from the story titled: "The Case of the Clumsy Crook!" This nice page features Elongated Man [Ralph Dibny], using his incredible elastic powers to hunt down AND DEFEAT criminals, in this great Detective Comics page. First introduced in Flash #112 (1960), the stretchy hero predated Marvel's Mister Fantastic Reed Richards by over a year and shared more in common with his Golden Age predecessor, Plastic Man, in terms of his self-aware approach to being a superhero. Elongated Man's run in Detective would last a very respectable 57 issues through #383. This art is the work of Murphy Anderson, an acclaimed Silver Age DC artist, perhaps best known as one of the most accomplished inkers in the field! SILVER AGE DC Super hero pages are VERY hard to find in the hobby these days, so don't miss out on a great opportunity here to own a nice SILVER Age 1960's DC superhero page! ALL art on our website (including this one) are able to be purchased with VERY fair time payments, and trades are always considered towards "ANY" art on our website! Just send us an email to mikeburkey@aol.com and we can try to work something out.
