Check out this very nice 1972 "EARLY" BRONZE AGE MARVEL page, which was penciled and inked by the great Bill Everett, from the story titled: "Armageddon At Fifty Fathoms Full!" Bill Everett was the creator of the Sub-Mariner who debuted in early 1939. Marvel revived the character in the 1960's and Everett and his creation were reunited once again. Prince Namor, menaced by crabs... appears on this battle page drawn by Bill Everett. Everett created the savage Sub-Mariner in 1939, at the dawn of Timely Comics (which would eventually become Marvel Comics). This page also features some of the alien brotherhood of the Badoon, who would also make a strong presence in the Guardians of the Galaxy stories set in Marvel's future. We "old-timers" love these clean, well-laid-out pages from one of the greatest comic book artists, created at the very peak of his abilities. Bill Everett Sub-Mariner pages are getting increasingly hard to find, so don't miss out on a great opportunity here to own a SUPERB Bill Everett penciled and inked Sub-Mariner page! ALL art on our website (including this one) are able to be purchased with VERY fair time payments, and trades are always considered towards "ANY" art on our website!
