Wonder Woman #238 Unpublished Cover (1977)

Check out this very nice 1977 Bronze Age Wonder Woman un-used battle cover, which was penciled by the great Rich Buckler, and inked superbly by Vince Colletta, from the story titled: "Kung: Assassin of a Thousand Claws!" This awesome cover features Wonder Woman battling Kung the Assassin. After this great cover was drawn by these 2 great artists....... the editors decided that they wanted the villain to be shown from the front side , and both artists had to draw this same exact scene AGAIN but with the Villain leaping at The Reader, from that angle. I feel the unpublished cover is the better drawn image of Wonder woman holding her magical lasso in just a great pose! The DC copyright stamps and dates are all on the back of this cover as it very well may have been published somewhere else? WONDER WOMAN art is red hot right now and cover art is next to impossible to find ANYWHERE....So don't miss out on this 40 year old GEM WW COVER! The logo is a replacement but the "DC" in upper left is the original stat. Compare this nice cover art to the published comic book in the red link above!
