Check out this very nice 1966 LARGE ART cover, which was penciled by the great Steve Ditko, and inked by Sal Trapani, from the story titled: "Terror on the Moon!" What we have on offer here is an extremely rare surviving large art 1966 Steve Ditko penciled superhero cover (such examples rarely surface for public sale). For the fourth and final issue of this short-run Dell title, Steve Ditko was called upon to provide the cover and accompanying story art. The story allows Ditko to incorporate science-fiction elements into his superhero artwork and the result is nothing short of spectacular! Large Art Steve Ditko superhero covers from the 1960's are extremely scarce (the handful of ASM covers known to exist are locked-away in permanent collections, unlikely to re-surface any time soon). This large twice-up cover measures approximately 14 by 17 inches! Just a great cover! Compare this nice cover art to the published comic book in the red link above! ALL art on our website (including this one) are able to be purchased with VERY fair time payments, and trades are always considered towards "ANY" art on our website! Just send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can try to work something out.
