Check out this "HISTORIC" Batman page which was penciled by the great Norm Breyfogle, and inked by Steve Mitchell, from the story titled: "Master of Fear!" This nice page features Vicki Vale screaming at the evil Scarecrow to release the captured Batman, and at the bottom of the page we see Tim Drake in his VERY first issue where he later becomes ROBIN at the end of the story!
